Abjo's The Good Foot is a project that consists of two phases. The album & The live show. A brain child of Mic Flont, Abjo & Khingz "The Good Foot" album conceptually is a story told from the perspective of an old school juke joint/speak easy venue. The live night is the physical embodiment of that concept but with a contemporary flare highlighting the collaboration of Abjo (& The Good Foot band) w/ the OTOW roster and a gaggle of Seattle artists'. It is truly an eclectic experience musically with styles ranging from hip hop, R&B, neo soul, jazz and even rock & roll.
